Our products are also backed by a limited one-year warranty or lifetime warranty, depending on the product. In the event you encounter an issue, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
We understand that from time to time you may need to return your order.  To do so, please submit a Return Request below.  The return policy for refund requests is outlined below.

Return Shipping Costs
For non-quality related claims, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
For quality related claims, Cnctcable will provide a prepaid return label
Refunds
Defective Returns
    Merchandise eligible for a full refund of the original order amount

Non-defective Returns
    a. Used/Open product cannot be returned
    b. Unopened product - A 15% restocking fee will be applied in addition to a deduction of the original shipping cost
 

Upon approval of your request, you will be instructed to return your order with a copy of the order invoice/receipt to the provided address. We will process your refund within 5 days or receiving the return, and notify you by email.
